At Cascade View Elementary, Esther led the students in her Social Emotional Learning Group in an emoji drawing activity. The group creates their own emojis to use daily to describe how they feel and discuss why they choose what they draw. These elementary social emotional groups develop students’ ability to: express care; challenge growth; provide support; share power; and expand possibilities.
