ELIANA was born in Puebla, Mexico in 1991. Her two loving parents immigrated to the United States when she was two years old, making her a proud Dreamer. At a young age, she discovered a love for music, writing and people. She was brought up in the church where she gained a value of servitude for others. Her educational focus began with Early Childhood Education and slowly evolved into Social Work and Case Management services. She started her journey working with the Renton community as a Family Support Specialist in 2018 and is now providing wrap around services for families within the schools. Outside of work, she spends her time with her family, raising three beautiful kids with her husband. Together, they work with young people and the families of their church community to make a difference. Eliana firmly believes in the saying, “it takes a village.” Her passion is to take care of that village, through providing the support and encouragement needed. This way, we all partner in bringing up happy, healthy, successful children. She considers working with CISRT a pleasure, and an honor. She hopes she can leave a mark and inspire others through her work, motivating those who have no hope, to dream, breaking stereotypes and the glass ceilings.
