CAROLINE has 15 years of experience working with nonprofits, of which 13 of those years were with Sanctuary Art Center, an organization that provides arts-based programs for underserved and unhoused young adults. While there she wore many hats, serving as Volunteer Coordinator, Case Manager, Event Management, and eventually Program Director. 

Caroline has been involved with youth work for most of her life. After graduating from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, she spent time at Childhaven and Children’s Home Society. 

Caroline has a passion and devotion for youth and youth programs and has been involved in youth work for most of her life. She has a deep respect for youth voices, and works to create a supportive environment that meets them where they are at.

She has lived in Seattle for 23 years and in Ballard for 16 of those years. She can be found on her paddle board visiting the sea lions at Golden Gardens on the weekend.
